"Very nice room- 202 may have been Accessible because it was pretty spacious, and the bathroom as well. Friendly desk staff, even helped me look for something I'd mislaid in the airport and found it! The hallways were imho confusing- groggy in the morning had trouble finding the lift, they could use better signage. It was quiet except for a couple of random times there were steps or luggage trolley or something that the sound travelled through the framing of the building in a sudden strange way. Did not hear any other guests though. Super comfortable bed- best night's sleep ever. Water bottles were nice, shampoo conditioner body soap and lotion fine, lots of towels and huge pillows. Room lighting was adjustable to just some ambient light which was soothing. It was worth being on the spot for my AM flight. Terminal 3 was adjacent but still a decent little walk to get to from the Aerotel, and Gate 36? Delta? was allll the way at the end. It was a lot of walking around Heathrow and the boarding pass machine had left part of my barcode blank which necessitated hauling all the way back into the checkin line to get a paper ticket and then back to the gate. In future I'll allow extra time for Heathrow. The part of the airport that the Aerotel was in, had a nearby grocery shop with excellent snacks and meals and fruit- it was open until 10 or 11pm fyi. No room fridge but decent coffee packets and a kettle. Thanks Aerotel!"
