"The entire property was amazing, the food, restaurants, the drinks at the pool, and the pool area was the highlight of our stay! Everything at this hotel was beautiful and the hotel was very clean."

"Booking was great , Check-in was fast and easy. Andrea (front desk) was amazing she helped me with questions about the area on what I can do with my daughter during our stay. i just had a little problem at 10pm, I had to go to the front desk because the guest that were above me were making alot of noise and running, at one point I thought they were going to come down through the ceiling but again Adrea handle it and the noise stopped. Breakfast was very good. I would recommend this hotel and would stay there again."

"Staff was nice but there were a few issues with the front desk processing things in their system to the point that I have to visit the front desk a few times. At check in, they require a $200 incidental/deposit type fee which should be refunded after your stay (assuming no damages have occurred). There is a fee per night to park in case you werent sure. Food at Timbers buffet on premise was decent and expected for waterpark resort buffet fare."

"The villa that was reserved was recently upgraded. The room had plenty of space to accommodate my family. Management was extremely helpful, especially Chonte Nelson. Would highly recommend resort. The restaurant onsite was very good as well."
