"Unprofessional, unorganized, hard beds, and not the cleanliness. "

"Let me start: 1. We checked in to our room and when we entered the floor was littered with crumbs and the bathroom floor had a puddle of water outside the shower. The floor was never vacuumed. 2. We walked to a restaurant across the street to eat dinner and when we returned we tried to go to bed. One of the beds was made without a top sheet. NO TOP SHEET ON A MADE BED! 3. When I called the front desk to ask for a sheet no one picked up the phone. I had to get dressed and go to the lobby...

"Our stay was great and we will be going there again. Javex was used for cleaning something and that smell never went away so perhaps an additional could have been used to get rid of that strong smell. I’m still eating it a 10 since it was a great place to stay 😊"

"Room was a bit too desired, mold in the tub, the tub looked like someone took a chain to it and started to make it look distressed and the smell of moldiness was terrible. The wall paper was falling off the walls. We ended up eating the cost of the room and left. The staff was great and personable. Parking was ok and was convenient to Interstate 95. Had som good restaurants next to the hotel. Needs some tender love and care. "

"The pool was indoors but it was too cold for my 8 yr old. The entire property was very clean but needs some upgrades. Everyone was very friendly. "

"Building needs upgrades. The room door had issues closing. Pillows looked dirty with marks on the sheets. Service was great. I stayed at several Hilton hotels this trip and none were that great. The Microtel in Spring Hill Florida was so much better."

"I picked this hotel because it was right off 95, and there were lots of choices to go and grab something to eat nearby. I also was traveling with a small dog and this place accommodated that. The staff were curtious and helpful. The room was very nice and clean. I would stay here again"

La carte clé qui nous a été donné ne fonctionnait pas, c'est le commis qui devait venir nous ouvrir la porte. De plus, la toilette de la salle de bain était défectueuse et il était impossible de flusher le contenu de la toilette.
