"Great central location and beautiful hotel building. The atmosphere is chilled out and informal and the room we had was exceptional. This is an expensive area and so expect prices to reflect this, that said you get what you pay for - the Cotswolds is a busy, but stunning location. We will definitely be returning. Fabulous. We were very impressed with the staff.
Alina was professional, polite and could not do enough to ensure our stay was what we had wanted and expected.
When we arrived (during one of the hottest days this year) the fan in our room did not seem to work. We went down to report the issue at 5pm then never thought anymore as we went for dinner. Upon our return a beautiful, brand new, large fan was waiting. They had rushed out and managed to find one, which was amazing. ...

The room I had was decent and the food i ate both in the evening (it has a predominant seafood menu with specials) and breakfast was excellent.

"Fijn hotel. Hoofdgebouw is een oude pub/restaurant. Kamers zijn in bijgebouw. Prima kamers, bed en badkamer met inloopdouche. Geen airco maar wel een ventilator.
Ontbijt is prima; echt Engels zelfs met blackpudding (als je daar van houdt). Omgeving is leuk om te fietsen. Redelijk dicht bij Oxford (10 mls). Mooi oud paleis (Blenheim) op 4 km.
