"This Inn is Lovely, pristine clean and so comfortable. Parking in the lot next to the Inn. Safe and charming little town and College, off the main streets. Quiet and safe. We love it. The staff couldn’t be nicer and more professional, and the little restaurant has Really really delicious food. We think this place is a gem. Elevator, large rooms, great bathrooms, great shower, room temp control. "

"Our room could have used some maintenance but it was clean and comfortable. The toilet seat was on the verge of falling off (literally) and the remote control didn't work. Some of the walls had repair marks but weren't sanded down or repainted. All in all, it was a fine stay."

"Very spacious room with a huge bathroom, big closet space, lots of space to keep suitcases/stuff, big window overlooking the pool. Very clean! Staff was very polite and nice. Room was a little outdated, outlets need to be updated (very loose - all of them) so chargers were falling out. Fridge was old and had rust on the inside. Shower fixtures should be updated (loose, old). Overall a great value!"

"The room and facilities were standard. We were disappointed in the level of service we are used to at a Hilton location. We had breakfast in the hotel's restaurant and the person that greeted us (seemed to be the restaurant or shift manager) was curt. The same person proceeded to have to be what seemed to be an argument with his staff in the middle of the restaurant floor, which was unprofessional. "Our room was very clean and had all the amenities we expected, and the hotel staff was very helpful and accommodating. Our main complaint, which is not really the fault of current management but of whoever decided to build the hotel in that location, is that it was very noisy and I slept little. The hotel is sandwiched between I95 (which runs elevated directly behind the hotel) and Christopher Columbus Blvd directly in front, with the Ben Franklin Bridge practically overhead. "Wonderful stay. The staff is warm and friendly. The decor of the lobby is casual, elegant and trendy. There is a lounge just off the lobby that was a nice retreat to escape read a book or take a business call. The rooms are well appointed, clean and spacious. I had access to the “M-club” room which offered a nice array for breakfast, complimentary snacks and drinks through the day and nice evening offerings.
