Really like this place easy to find easy parking lovely park and lake next door dinner and breakfast was good and really dog friendly in the pub and accommodation we are going back as it's a really good base to visit the surrounding areas

A really nice place to stay, staff are friendly & helpful. If 5 star luxury it’s what your looking for it’s probably not the place for you, but for everyone else I would recommend as a good place to stay.

Location was perfect, being next to the park. The room was very good and the breakfast was excellent. The only thing that could have made it better was to have a ground floor room, because we found the stairs difficult, having a dog.

Lovely location next to Coate water park.beautiful room,great shower,tea,coffee biscuits supplied and some toiletries which made it appear very welcoming.The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable.Breakfast included was,excellent.very friendly helpful staff.would definitely stay here again

I was so so taken back by the place the room was stunning beautiful bed 😍 and even tho was by mane road u couldn't here anythink theres hospital down the road and didnt here any ambulance it was clean 👌 the food was well priced to and very yummy 😋 I will definitely stay there again Thanks 😊

Nice accommodation, terrible food

The room was very nice and adjacent to a nice park. Just don't eat here for a main meal, all 4 meals were terrible... cheap but terrible!
