Very much in a state of neglect. Clean sheets but bathroom disgusting with blackened floor tiles from dirt and soap scum on shower walls. Couldn't be brave enough to use it!

This property is very old, and certainly in need of some refurbishment, and there are no thrills - but if you want a room bigger than a matchbox, very clean and comfortable beds, a shower with lots of hot water and great water pressure, and lovely helpful staff this is the place to stay, Also there is a bus stop at the front door and Wests Ashfield Leagues Club a five minute walk up the road. You can't get a better location for convenience.
