"Checked in online had QR code to obtain keys. Advised hotel our arrival time would be midnight, arrived at international car park called reception to get directions from car park to hotel. Was told we did not have a room and they could not give us a room there due to technical issues, explained already checked in so room should be allocated was then told there was no way we could stay there and reception would call other hotels to try and accomodate us. Explained we had an early morning flight...

"This hotel is a Marriott and should be a premium hotel but,was the complete opposite. It was so outdated and need of repairs. I do not recommend this hotel at all and the Marriott company should be embarrassed to offer this hotel to the public. For the same rate we left the Marriott after the first night and walked down the street to the Fullerton Hotel and it was the complete opposite. The Marriott should take notice. "

"Room was ok, the shower was very hard to manipulate so ended up standing on the edge of a boiling hot stream of water. No room service which was disappointing. Coffee at breakfast not fabulous, recommend going for a long black and adding milk as it’s powdered milk in the machine. "
