Place was ok-plenty of room and good location.As others have said-it’s a bit tired.Structural cracks in walls.Needs some money spent on it just to give it some good maintenance and freshen up.Clear instruction to call into Travelodge on the way would save a lot of hassle.

The accomodation was perfect for someone with dogs. A small fenced area made it simple to securely allow my dogs some freedom and fresh air. The staff were friendly and provided easy check-in and check-out. The accomodation was clean enough and I didn’t have to worry about my dogs leaving a little mess. Plenty of food options nearby and very peaceful.

Lovely quiet area with lots of wildlife to see.

The apartments were in a great position and extremely quiet. We were able to walk to the Macquarie shopping Mall or if you wanted catch a bus. The apartment itself was well equipped and our little dog was accommodated well. We had a problem with our door shutting in all the rain that happened during our stay, after a phone call to reception the handy man was there to fix it in 5 minutes. Excellent service! The room was in need of a good clean from top to bottom. The kitchen and bedroom were great however the walls really needed attention. I actually cleaned off hand prints and the big run of something brown down the wall from the staircase, not sure what it was.

Property that I will avoid

The property is an aging one but the maintainence do not catch up with the requirement. The unit that we got allocated is a good example with door to the bath room is out os alignment and cannot be closed. Moreover, the dial for the shower just come off everytime we want to turn on the cold water in the shower. Totally disappointed

Stayed one night as we had a concert, which the hotel was nice and close to Great size rooms, could do with an update but at the price, you can complain the bubbles in the spa weren't working but the pool and sauna was great, BBQ area needs a clean but they may of been caused by other guests the check-in process was a little annoying, as you need to go to another hotel to get the keys, i wish that was made clearer before check-in and not hidden in the fine print but over all was a gre4at stay and would go back

Medina Apartment-Lovely Family Accommodation

We weren't aware when we initially booked that we would need to check in at another hotel a few blocks away from the apartment, never had to do that before, you need to allow extra time for this as it was quite slow. The apartment was quite spacious in a lovely setting, it was older style and could use a freshen up but everything worked.

Home of mosquitoes

Dated holiday apartment. I couldnt sleep because of mosquitoes. I asked for help to staff but said its next to national park so thats why so many mosquitoes. I had to buy coils and run all night. I would recommend to spend few more hundreds to stay better place.

Can’t recommend it

We were very disappointed. The apartments are run down and need a lot of work. Stains on the walls and carpets, paint chipping away and mould in the bathrooms. The courtyard was messy, perhaps due to recent storms, but it couldn’t be used. We tried to spend as little time at the apartment as possible. On the plus side the bed was comfortable and the linen clean, but it didn’t make up for the overall condition of the apartment. Had I have paid half the price I would have been less disappointed. But given the price I paid I felt I wasn’t getting value for money.

I quite like the 2 bedroom apartment, 2 bathrooms was good,needs updating but it had everything that we needed, it was a peaceful area and it has a nice pool.

résidence située dans une rue en impasse. Il y a un léger bruit dû à la voie rapide au dessus mais vraiment pas gênant Le problème c’est qu’il manque dans la cuisine de quoi faire à manger ( plat, casserole, couteau...) C’est le seul point noir pour cette résidence Mais je reviendrai

Very run down inside the apartment. stayed there years ago and nothing has been updated since then. Neighbour in No 4 apartment garden was disgusting with rubbish and cigarette buts..

The location was convenient for us on this occasion, but the condition of the apartment was disappointing for the price of $200 per night, it was very knocked around, had a stale smell and there was a lot of dust, when we moved the beds to plug in our chargers there was a large amount of dust behind the beds which set off an allergic reaction for my husband. The kitchen was neat and tidy and clean, but overall the apartment it wasn't very inviting, the lounges weren't very comfortable to sit in and we noticed that the mattresses were quite stained.
