"It was a fine hotel. But why pay 2.50 for a pool towel?! And next time fix the tv. Other than those two main issues it was fine very clean but one elevator is kinda sketchy."

"From the minute I walked in, the hotel reeked of a marajuana smell, elevator was the worst. Yet all the desk clerk, who had zero personality could say was NO SMOKING and NO PETS - Hotel is in bad need a major remodel. Water stains everywhere on carpet. Not to mention bathroom walls. it’s right outside of a large Gentleman’s Club, so evidently they get their business from there. This will be our first and last experience with Comfort Inn - we will go out of our way to find a HILTON from here on out. "

"I booked for 10 days and have stayed at this hotel 15 times. Had to leave for two days to take care of mom who is sick and stay with her. But did not cancel my stay. Housekeeping came in and thru away all my groceries, my medicine which was in a box prescribed by my dr for PTSD and never asked me. They called me at 2:20pm that day and I told them I was still staying there and did not cancel my stay. Then when I asked about all my stuff that was in my room they acted like nothing was in there and they didn’t throw anything out. Costing me about $450 worth of medicine groceries and everything I had left in the room. They didn’t offer me a discount a free night or anything. I’ve stayed at that hotel 15 times in the past several years and I will never stay there again."
