"The check in was very simple and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The apartment was clean and well apportioned. The air conditioning worked better in the living area than the bedroom but we were only there for a couple of nights so it wasnt a problem. The pool was clean and had plenty of sun beds. "Wonderful wintersun retreat overlooking costa adeje. We were happy we chose to stay in this area rather than La Caleta as its buzzier, has more restaurants options and lies directly on the nicest bit of the promenade (access via 5min down/uphill walk). Hotel did not feel busy at any point, and sunloungers were plenty. Was particularly impressed by the thoughtfulness of the staff, who left a free bottle of wine in our room after a few nights with noisy neighbors next door. Only a shame that they...

"There is so much to be impressed by at this hotel. When walking through the main entrance you are surrounded by Spanish culture. The breakfast has everything you would expect in a big hotel croissants, coffee, cereal, cheeses and meat etc. but in a beautiful Spanish room.
