Staff was absolutely amazing :) Everyday I had someone friendly and helpful. The property on the other hand left a lot to be desired. My room smelled of old unclean carpet and the trash in the hallway was overflowing. Other than that I enjoyed my stay.

I would like to thank the staff for their kindness and professionalism especially the ladies in the kitchen, who provided a delicious breakfast, and the housekeeping team, who always do an excellent job. I would just like to suggest paying closer attention to the pool area to ensure it is cleaned regularly.

The staff members Jess, Tiffany, Matthew and another lady who was working Monday morning (cannot remember her name) were amazing!!! Extremely friendly, caring and helpful. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Will definitely come baxk to this property next year same time for my stay.

The staff was very accommodating and the breakfast was good. This is an older facility where the elevator is in need of service now. The a/c unit in our room should be replaced as the room has a distinct musty smell. The room itself was clean and quiet. Overall, the cost was reasonable.
