"Pool wasn’t available to use which is why I booked the hotel to begin with. Every shower you stood in at least 3 inches of water. Food at restaurant wasn’t great. But manager and server did make it right."

Sailport Waterfront Suites
"Cockroach in room. Fire in another room had us in the parking lot 3 hrs. Left for another hotel and it was a breath of fresh air. This location is amazing but hotel old and the cockroach was a bummer."

"The check in process was a breeze. The floor in our room had laminete hardwood type floors that were warped and popped and moved when you walked on them. Everything else in the room was nice. The bed was very comfortable."

"Clean rooms and the staff was very nice!!! The lobby restaurant had great drinks the food was decent. The shop was convenient but pricey! My only true complaint was the rooms did not go lower than 70 so we were a little warm at night but the beds were very comfortable !"

"This was a brief stay for a concert at Raymond James. Everything was nice at the hotel, the shuttle is helpful. Restaurant was not open - only complaint. Good experience overall."
