No Restaurant, no bar, but clearly stated on Expedia, but you can buy a pack of noodles and put some hot water on them in your room - old rooms, small bathroom, and the Air Conditioning is useless.... balconies not cleaned, if you go outside, you need to wash your feet before getting in bed. you pay for breakfast in advance, they then give you coupons to go to a local cafe, like a welfare case, as you cant even use them on the normal menu.

I go to Guam every year, and when I emailed them this year saying that I didn't have enough, they responded very quickly and I was very happy. There is a water server in the room, which I really like. I want to come back next year.
