"Love the space! With a family of 5, there is ample room for everyone and space for 4 big luggages and loads of shopping bag. I stayed for 12nights, and tne only con was that there isnt room service where the rooms get cleaned. It got a little dusty after a week and got a bit uncomfortable. But overall, great place and location. We enjoyed it. "

"The staffs were polite, responded and worked very quickly. Free breakfast at the pre opening cafe was great. Everything was fine. One suggestion after my 14 nights stay is to install rubber furniture feet on all chairs. Highly recommended."

"We had an amazing stay. Really close to Kuromon market 6 minute walk. 2 minute walk to konbini which is really nice. rooms are big enough for family of 4.We love the washer and dryer amenities in our room. The apartment was clean when we arrived and the staff respond very quickly on email if you have any concerns. Will definitely stay here again when we go back to Osaka. "
