"This hotel was very large, with lots of steps to get anywhere. Only one pool was heated, the smaller pool, and the beds around that pool filled quickly. The food for British visitors was limited and the one shop was not permitted to sell drinks. We were able to purchase water from reception, but other than the bars, there is nothing else local. "Struttura molto grande e molto ben organizzata. Abbiamo soggiornato nella sezione royal adult only in formula alla inclusive. Niente da eccepire. Buon cibo e ottimo servizio"

"Schönes, sauberes Zimmer. Das Essen ist jedoch sehr verbesserungsbedürftig, sowohl die Auswahl als auch die Qualität. Das Personal im Restaurant sollte aufmerksamer sein. Das Geschirr war oft nicht ausreichend gereinigt. Tische waren länger nicht eingedeckt obwohl die Gäste warteten. Bei der 2.Eindeckung am Abend gab es zB keine Stoffservietten mehr. Einmal habe ich beobachtet, dass unbenutztes Besteck für die nächsten Gäste wieder verwendet wurde."
