"Second time in this hotel. Clean and spacious room, staff were very friendly and welcoming, outdoor pool is clean and chilled.Food was lovely only some of the cutlery were not clean properly. "

"The staff are very helpful and friendly, always smiling 😊 The room was good, with a small sea view from the balcony. I noticed a few small ants in the kitchen cupboards, but it didn’t affect my stay too much. Overall, everything was fine and quite average. The network coverage in the room could be improved."

"A beautiful, massive and luxurious hotel and resort! You're spoilt for choice when it comes to food, desserts and drinks, which are all delicious!!! Lots of different activities to do!! "Lovely hotel with friendly staff. Pool area was good with plenty of sun beds for the amount of guests. Due to the token system I recommend taking a bottle so that you can use it for water/soft drinks as if you want a hot drink at the same time you can’t have another cup. Food was good, breakfast was the best meal of the day for me. Also the sports bar doesn’t open until 7pm, if you want to watch something before then the staff will put it on but you have to watch on the tv outside. "

"Arrived to recepetion late in the day, but at check-in was given no information about the amenities or directions on where to find anything. The hotel is tired and very dated, it needs a makeover, it is not 4 star standard. Doors were broken, holes in the ceiling and general wear and tear seen almost everywhere. Food and drinks offerings where great and the pools available give you loads of choice. But for the same price you can stay at the Fuerteventura Princess sister hotel next door for a proper 4 star experience, that i highly reccomend, just expect more children and no separate adult area at breakfast, lucnh and dinner."
