"Agree with other reviews that hotel should not be rated four stars. Overall, it was 15 minutes cab ride to center. Staff was mostly supportive. It is outdated and needs renovation especially bathrooms."

"Hotel was located near enough to airport (about a €20 taxi ride away). The staff was very nice as well. Unfortunately there was some misinformation provided by Expedia. The website stated the hotel had an indoor pool that was heated. The hotel only has an outdoor pool with a bit of cover and the pool is NOT heated (note this is not a "Karen" kinda review, the staff explicitly informed us at check-in when we asked if the pool was heated that the pool was outdoors and not heated). "Excellent hotel which is situated in a great location for walking around the city. From start to finish, all the staff were excellent and efficient. The room was a good size, clean, and had everything we needed. The breakfast was brilliant, with some tasty options and again the staff were fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone considering to visit Sevilla. We will definitely stay at this hotel again if we visit Sevilla again! "

"Beautiful historical building and excellent professional and knowledgeable staff. Spotless rooms with tea and coffee facilities in the room. We were made to feel very welcome and took advent of the roof terrace on sunnier afternoons. Breakfast is available and looks great although not catering for plant based diets."
