Nice hotel, friendly staff. Very noisy neighbours on first night. Called reception at midnight, was told I could change rooms tomorrow, but next morning was told none was available. Appealed to general manager, who said same guests were staying on and rooms were available but hadn't been cleaned. By evening, a room was cleaned and I moved. Much quieter.

Having travelled from UK and read mixed reviews was dubious bit cannot fault it ,yes a bit if cigarette odor in hallway but thats not where you sleep ? so no problem at all being a non smoker didnt bother me at all as rooms were perfect great staff and breakfat with waffles and endless coffee and friendly manager and satff would DEFINATELY stay again- Mike Custom cruisers UK
