Charming old village house, stylishly refurbished with a lovely mix of quality new bathrooms and beds and antique furnishings, set in lush, rural rolling countryside with far reaching views. Discrete service, and very accommodating when we had a day of illness and needed to stay in the room all day. Generous fresh breakfast of pastries and cheeses every day.

We'd definitely recommend The Squirrel's Nest. A lovely house and owners. Our room was great, spacious en suite bathroom, air conditioning which with temperatures of 40 degrees outside (canicule), was really appreciated, tea and coffee making facilities on the landing. An easy walk into Gaillac for dinner (bring a torch) and not far from routes to Albi and Toulouse. Breakfast outside in the shade of trees and the company of other guests and our hosts was delightful. Croissants, bread, homemade...

I had the loveliest stay at Hotel Delga. The location is great - everything's walkable; the room was fantastic - clean, spacious, and quiet; the host is lovely - tremendously helpful; and Gaillac itself was serene - you really get to unplug from the bustle that inevitably comes with bigger cities. I would absolutely return here and suggest anyone going to bigger cities add a weekend getaway on at the backend of that. Castelnau-de-Montmiral was an especially lovely trip outside of Gaillac -...

This is one of the best guesthouses I have stayed in for a very long time. Stunning food at breakfast and extremely helpful owner.

Excellent staff, all very helpful and friendly, room and bathroom suited our needs, if I was being picky a fridge in the room would have been good. Really nice well stocked breakfast, hot and cold food, there is also a free airport shuttle which we were unable to use due to our late and very early flight times. Less than a 10 min walk to the tram stop for trams into the city. All in all a great stay and will defo be back. Thank you to all at Holiday inn express Toulouse airport

Possibly the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Lovely rooms, lovely staff and relaxing grounds. Prrfect
