"We had the most comfortable 4 day stay at Ratanui. Everything was better than expected! What made the stay exceptional was the amazing staff. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and right at home. The chefs and the menu were such an unexpected surprise! "Access to your account with the booking company is needed to read messages sent by the host. I didn't find this useful. The kia studio is quiet, comfortable, quality and clean. Cooking (apart from toaster & microwave) was at the outdoor (covered) barbecue. A cleaning cloth for the stainless surfaces would be welcome."
