"New property that is simply amazing. Very very quiet. Only 6 units. Our units kitchen was well equipped. Lots of space has each place is like a small apartment. Staff are always cleaning something, pool is cleaned everyday. There are about 6 restaurants with 1 km. There are two very friendly dogs on the premises,.neither of the dogs bark. They have a Tuk Tuk on premises to take you wherever you like for a fee. They also have a scooter for rent, 450php a day."

"Ivan and Alma were most accomodating, very helpful with any inquiries and arrangements we needed. They even placed a sign for us as we celebrated our Anniversary! The unit was very clean and well-kept. Location was very convenient to Alona Beach and shops, etc. "

"What can i say. The Villa was absolutely fabulousness! We loved our stay and owners and staff were so friendly, curtious and helpful. The villa grounds were huge and wow, our own private pool. It was quite and private. So nice that it was hard to want to leave and explore the islands. We will definitely stay here again. "

"It was a very pleasant stay and will come back to this resort again. Although the two blankets in the bed doesn’t really work. Make it one big comforter cause when that ac blasts on you at night those twin comforters were of no comfort lol. Otherwise highly recommended."

"로컬 사람들 조차 어디에 있는지 모른다. 또한 위치 설명이 너무 어렵다. 지도에는 알로나비치 근처에 있지만 차로 10분정도 소요된다. 너무 시골 같은곳에 있고 문도 잠귀지 않아 안전에 위협을 느깐다"

"숙소는 괜찮았지만 뭔가 좀 부족한 느낌, 프리미어 룸으로 3박을 했지만 돌고돌고 맨 복도 끝방으로 배정되었고, 복도는 창문이 없어 바로 길가 옆에서 공사하는 차량, 소음이 있었으며 (호텔과 외부도로 사이의 공간없이 바로 외부였음.) 발코니뷰는 옆건물 헤난프리미어코스트 객실복도 뷰 (창문을 열면 복도 지나다니는 사람과 마주침), 킹베드 요청했는데 트윈베드로 되어있고, 뭐 이건 호텔재량이라지만. 디럭스룸보다 더 비용을 지불했지만 욕조 있고 없고 차이라서 욕조 사용을 안했기에 굳이 프리미어 룸으로 할 이유 없어보입니다. 그러나 수영장에서 재밌게 놀았고 해피아워때 칵테일 저렴하게 마시기 좋았습니다. 룸컨디션만 놓고 봤었을땐 휴양지에 온게 맞나 싶을정도로 창문도 못열고 발코니에도 나가지 못할정도로 구석이었기에 나중에 또 갈일있으면 가격 메리트가 있는 헤난타왈라에어 묵는게 좀 더 가성비 좋을듯 싶어요."
