"This was the worst hotel experience of my life. i booked the room through expedia and upon check in i was given the wrong room. i got a room with one queen, non smoking. they put me in a room with two twin beds. when i asked for my room to be corrected they put me in a smoking room. the room was also filthy, the bathroom clearly hadn’t been cleaned. there was pee all over the toilet seat and the toilet paper was obviously never changed. i have asthma and cannot stay in a room that’s been smoked...

"There was no cable hooked up for the televisons. (Stayed 2 nights in 2 different rooms.)
Got locked out of the room because the Keycard didn't work all the time. The staff had to rekey the card."
