"I had the most amazing stay at Cicada! Beautifully appointed resort, huge room with extremely comfortable bed, spacious bathroom. Many thoughtful amenities and daily treats. "Le lieux est magnifique , les chambres très confortable et joliment décoré , le manageur français très sympa et serviable , mais le reste du personnel est catastrophique ; ils négligent totalement le client et leur travail . Première fois dans ma vie , que l on me dit IL N Y A RIEN POUR LE PETIT DÉJEUNER , à cause de la tempête ! On ne vous propose même pas une tranche de pain et de la confiture !!! "

"Chambre ne correspondant en rien avec la description et les photos. Chambre petite avec nombreuses ouvertures permettant aux insectes de rentrer. Juste au dessus de la route donc très bruyante. Eau chaude aléatoire. Wifi capricieux. Heureusement la box etait à proximité car nous.avons du la redémarer 3 fois. Difficulté d échange avec le personnel car ne parlent que difficilement l anglais. "We stayed here for our 30th Anniversary. The hotel is excellent. The staff made us feel very welcome and we received a free celebration cake. The rooms are very clean and nicely equipped. The food was tasty with a nice choice. The spa treatments were very nice. The staff are attentive without being intrusive, friendly and helpful. The location is peaceful. It's a great retreat for a couple. We plan to return there next year."

"I have knee problems and had to climb so many steps to get to restaurants. Don’t recommend if you are wheelchair or crutches bound since there’s no lift. Loved the surrounding which was quiet and peaceful walking through the jungle was safe. Best for relaxation and out of busy city life"

"This was booked as a private Villa with its own private pool, however we were disturbed by the owner entering the villa without being invited in which was very unnerving, especially when you open your bedroom curtains to find the owner outside your patio doors looking in. However, this is a fantastic villa and we had a really enjoyable relaxing stay. "
