The hot tub was not hot at all. Pool area was dark and full of ants. Pool was very dirty. The shower was dirty but after mentioning to staff, they cleaned it the next morning. There were a few dead bugs on the floor near the beds as well.

The room was very nice. I will say that I didn't have any furniture on my balcony, which was kind of a bummer. I've seen other complaints about staff being rude, not the case with me.
