"We had a very enjoyable stay at Duff Green. The property is charming and evokes the atmosphere of the Old South through its period architecture, decor and surroundings. The entire staff was friendly and so eager to please. The onsite manager, led a wonderful tour, explaining the property’s history and allowing us to touch and feel the period furniture, clothing, etc., and the cooks and servers who provided a delicious breakfast were so kind and proficient. "Peaceful and quiet easy to find. Great views of Mississippi.. Lovely pool and lots of outdoor spaces to relax. Good room slept well nice compact bathroom. Didnt meet host. Average breakfast at Monmouth.which is a lovely stately home. Dont have the french toast basically fried bread with what didnt look like cream cheese in between and dusted with powdered sugar no fruit as you would usually have - wasnt good!"
