"The airport shuttle was easy to find. The staff was very friendly. We decided to get a taxi when we were there instead of planning ahead for transportation. It was a great idea! It was $80 for 8 people. "

"Staff was unaccommodating. The Staff acted as though they had better things to do than serive the patrons. Regardless of the request weather it was bottle water for the room, clean towels, or just plain toilet tissue it was at least a three to four hour wait if the request was fulfilled at all. For example requested a chicken club sandwich at midnight and did not receive it till almost 4am and thats after I had to personally come down and find a staff member working the kitchen. Which at that point the staff member made the sandwich in front of me in mere minutes, 8 to be exact. So what was the hold up from midnight till 3:30am, if I never came to request and wait for the food in person would i have ever received it? Mind you room service is stated to be open fron midnight to 6am. This service is completely unacceptable for the prices expected for the patrons of the Dreams Resort to pay. "

"The hotel is very good and offers a highly enjoyable stay, with several standout features that make it a great choice. Its location is one of its strongest advantages, providing both convenience and easy access to nearby beaches and restaurants, while still maintaining a relaxing atmosphere. The room is spacious and comfortable, with balcony that add an extra level of enjoyment — perfect for relaxing, enjoying fresh air, or taking in the surrounding views. The beach facilities are excellent, well-organized, and designed for comfort, making it easy to fully enjoy time by the sea. Another big advantage is the free and very convenient parking, which adds great value and makes the stay even more hassle-free, especially for those traveling by car. However, there were a few notable negative experiences. One issue concerns beach sunbeds. In practice, many sunbeds are “reserved” by guests very early in the morning, often from sunrise, simply by placing towels on them. As a result, most beds appear occupied, while in reality many remain unused for hours — sometimes until lunchtime or even the entire day. Although the hotel states that unattended sunbeds should be released after two hours, this rule was not enforced at all during our 5-night stay. This situation significantly affects guests who come to enjoy the sea rather than the pool, and the hotel should address it more seriously — for example, by introducing an online reservation system and assigning staff"

"Very nice!"

"Stayed here on our last day before flying home. Arrived before noon after checking out of another accommodation. We were prepared to have them hold our bags until our room was ready. Kenedra (sorry don’t remember her name exactly) at the front desk was amazing. She offered us an upgrade and let us check in immediately. We hung out at the pool for the afternoon. Pool and hot tub are incredible! Room was clean and comfortable. The only reason for the 4* for staff was due to the young man at the pool bar. He really needs a lesson in customer service. He was rude saying I couldn’t make an addition to my salad. I asked if he could ask the kitchen. He told me “I don’t need to ask I know”. Then the lady from the kitchen came out and said my request was no problem. It wasn’t busy. He could have asked how our meal was. Brought salt & pepper. Didn’t pick up our dishes forever. He spent the whole day on his phone. Having said that, we really did enjoy our last day in Curacao relaxing here by the pool. Hotel is fantastic! Thank you!"

"Stayed in superior room, overall fine. Beds & pillows are worn out, TV was analog, Nespresso coffee maker in room & free in lobby. Beach, bars & activities were great. There is a free bus service daily at 9 am to the grocery store or it can be ordered for you. Use the resort App or WhatsApp for requests. The free wifi was ok. Bring bug spray !"

"Hotel muito bem localizado no centro de Willemsted em Punda. Fácil acesso a restaurantes, lanchonetes e farmácias. Próximo a ponte Queen Anne, que nos leva a Otrobanda. Quarto e banheiro confortáveis, Funcionários educados e prestativos. Nota negativa é não ter café da manhã."

"I would’ve rated 5 stars but only a couple things that didn’t. For an all inclusive I’d say it was excellent. Just things like the water did not get hot in bathroom, only air was provided in room and not throughout so we were extremely hot. Besides 1 staff member at the desk, everyone else throughout the resort was excellent and helpful. The trip was for my granddaughters annual spring break and she said she would definitely like to visit this resort again. ☺️"
