"The air conditioning was broken during our stay in OKKO. There was no technician to fix & our room was hot, uncomfortable to sleep. The manager promised that it'll be fixed the next day and it wasn't. The guests had a meeting with the manager , Gullame Bazenet, complaining about the AC not working & offered to solution at that moment. There were fans offered but not enough for all the guests.
