"Disaster - parking lot decayed - garage cans overflowing - dirty - lobby underconstruction - one elevator broken for months apparently. One elevator for 120 rooms - worst Sheraton I have ever seen. No value at all and not anywhere near the cost of the room. Should NOT be marketed as a Sheraton. Do not stay here."

"Stayed for a quick one-night visit at the Hilton Garden Inn Cambridge and had a great experience overall.
The staff were friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out, which made everything feel easy and smooth. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what was needed for a short stay.
Breakfast was a simple buffet-style setup—nothing over the top, but fresh, quick, and convenient to start the day.
Overall, a solid, reliable stay. Would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone...

"The room was clean and comfortable for a short stay. I stayed at Haven Inn in Hamilton last Saturday for one night during a business trip, and overall it was worth it for the price and purpose of my visit.
The staff were helpful, and parking was convenient. The only downside was that the room felt a little cold. Other than that, it was a simple and practical place to stay for one night, especially for a business trip."

"Room was clean, washroom clean with good shower and water pressure, staff were helpful and courteous. The bed did sag in the centre with 2 sleepers but was not horrible. Amenities were very basic, no place to hang clothing, towels clean and good quality, microwave and fridge but no coffee or tea, no phone in room to contact front desk. For the price this was a very good stay."
