"Beautiful location on the beach. Ground floor suits are very large and well appointed with a large patio (including a sofa, 2 chairs and table) & direct access to the beach with a palapa. Other rooms (villas) are on the hillside and would be hard to navigate because of the long steep climb up the hill to reach them. "Everything was great. Loved the customer service from all the front desk representatives; all 3 of them were really helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The room was so spacious and the balcony with the view was amazing. Great location near downtown. The only downfall was the WiFi; was unpredictable; didn’t work on my balcony or by the pool and streaming was inconsistent. I think though that this might be an “island thing;” I don’t know. "

"The staff were great and the room was clean, to the best of a housekeeper’s ability. I’ve seen other reviews that say the hotel needs a renovation, I think it just needs the care of a tradesman. Done of the bathroom tile were held down with tape. The room had no water when I checked in, but that was quickly remedied. Overall, I would say this place just needs done skilled attention. "
