"Lay out of family suite was spacious a great functionable space, would be a great room for long term efficiency rental Staff was nice, hot breakfast was also a plus. Having a basic store inside lobby was also really convenient and cheaper than going to a gas station. Also saw they had coin laundry which is a plus. We didnt get to enjoy a pool, there was a sign it was closed for maintenance The negative things , was waking up the second morning with what looked like mosquito bites on my arm and hand. I looked i saw no bugs but i really wouldnt know what to look for, and read precautions before bringing our luggage back into our home, it is unknown if there is infestation yet i feel it is.plausible needs to be checked by staff. The vents in bathroom need cleaned. Id say the room decor was painted or papered dark nuetral tan, could be updated in a lighter color And the coffee table had some questionable staining or discoloration which could use a refinishing or replacement. My personal preference is vinyl laminate floors for easy sweeping cleaning. Im not a fan of carpet or patterned carpet which the room was covered in. Window coverings were blinds. Drapes and sheers would offer the space better lighting and privacy, as well as giving the room a more homey feeling. Room we stayed in was facing the street, you do hear traffic Overall it is still a nice room. "

"Place was nice enough, and clean. Few areas show signs of aging. Nothing bad. Staff was amazing and helpful. Only complaint is the kitchen didn’t have the items listed to cook and eat with. So take your own "

"Breakfast was great, parking was fine, the staff was awesome! The rooms toilet ran at all times, the shower had minimal pressure and some of the outlets didn't work as well as the remote for the TV haha. Other than that, the hotel was ok."

"Went to St. Robert for my daughter's Graduation from the Army AIT school. The apartment was definitely worth it. It's like a little studio. Definitely met all my expectations."

"We checked in and found out there was no running water and there would not be running water until morning. I feel like they could have at least offered some hand sanitizer/wipes and a couple bottled waters. Once the water came on around 6 a.m., there was no hot water. We never had hot water before we checked out. Several days later the hotel worked with hotels.com to compensate us for the inconvenience but it would have been nice to be given a heads up before check-in."
