"My husband and I absolutely loved this spot. We were trying to find some place close to home but also close to water. Since we heard the water on Corpus and Mustang Island was looking great we decided to go. Totally worth it! Lively was a advertised. Quiet, peaceful, quick walk to the beach. The room was more like a small apartment with all the creature comforts. It was very reasonably priced, super clean, cute, great view, private, ice cold a.c., and we felt very safe. "We enjoyed our stay so much. It was just before the in season. It was quiet and relaxing. We stayed in Unit 104. Evidently, an older gentleman owes it and the management is working with him to update. The unit is very spacious. Perfect for our two couple trip. Nice pool area. The grounds were very well kept and even on the first floor we could see a small view of the ocean. Condo was equiped with starter supplies. Beds had new beachy comforters.
