"I had a wonderful experience at this hotel from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth and the staff was extremely welcoming and professional. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was cozy, and everything from the linens to the bathroom amenities felt high quality. The location was perfect — close to restaurants and shops, yet still quiet and relaxing at night. Housekeeping did a great job, and I appreciated the attention to detail throughout the property. "This hotel was a delightful surprise! Settled in the high altitudes surrounded by tea plantations and phenomenal scenery! The hotel was beautiful, very clean nice amenities 5* and the staff were fantastic! The restaurant food was very good. I would definitely recommend this hotel. "No food, no water for a while until someone came to fix it, then it went off again in the night. There are very good facilities but they are not using them, which is a shame. "

"We got to the property late , we informed the desk that we are running late . Not properly maintained property . Their bed Sheets towels , pilllows are full of stain and dirty . No coffee service anything you ask they don’t have. Expedias reputation will go if you keep this property in the list . "

"Good room. Excellent staff. Good view of the waterfall, though not very close. However nice view of the water flowing in front of the resort. Good breakfast spread as well as ala carte options for lunch and dinner. On the whole a very pleasant and refreshing stay."

"Our 4 nights at Amritara were the best experience so far in India. The hospitality and friendliness is outstanding. From communicating with the manager to book to the friendly reception we received by Harikrishna to the delicious food Sunny cooked for us twice a day and the lovely housekeeping ladies, this was a highlight for us. The tents are beautiful, decorated with heavy teak furniture, comfortable bed and great balcony chairs, we had huge windows to view the river and the lush landscape. Bathrooms was very nice, fresh drinking water in the room as well. We especially enjoyed our morning bike ride with Harikrishna to the suspension bridge and a long walk in the adjacent village. It’s a bird watchers paradise. We definitely will come back one day to enjoy the serenity after being in Delhi and Kochi"
