"I paid for breakfast ahead of time, breakfast was good staff was slow. Front desk didn’t know I paid for breakfast and said I needed to pay for it until I showed my receipt than corrected it. Rooms are little tight. Bed was comfy. Pool was nice"

"Not the worst place. Clean. I was told they're in process of renovating the locks. My door would not close had to have a housekeeper help me. Only one vending machine for snacks on one floor out of 14 floors and no bags to go inside ice bucket or the trash. Highly unsanitary and my bed was hard. Ive stayed there before and didn't sleep on a rock."

"Unfortunately, the hotel made it incredibly difficult to change our stay. We also waited a while to get into our room, even though we showed up after the noted check-in time. The room was a little dirty and the couch needed to be replaced. The breakfast was the highlight with better-than-usual options, and the attendant was fantastic. "

"This hotel us to be one of the top hotels in SJ, come to find out it fell to the bottom. People run in and out of the rooms all night making loud noises. Doors slamming hard. No restaurant, shop to purchase snacks was told to go next door to the gas station. No ice machines. The front desk clerk could barely speak English. "Rooms are decent. Ample Parking. Very very basic breakfast and very odd timing. 6 to 9. If you are kids forget about the breakfast. Few varieties of bread, waffle, coffee and Juice. Fridge was empty in the breakfast counter. There is a water fountain in the lobby. If you want to fill up, you have to be at lobby before 1030pm or else you can’t access and staff ask me to purchase from vending machine. Stayed for 2 nights with family.
