"The manager was very rude. I arrived around 4:30 pm with myself and family and there were no rooms available. He mentioned that I should’ve gotten there sooner and I would have a room. I told him by me coming after the time of check in I should be guaranteed a room. He told me there was nothing he could do and that I had to wait. The front desk lady was accommodating. The breakfast was okay and morning staff was nice."

"Worn down and overall not a nice place to stay"

"A “you get what you pay for” situation. The surrounding area is awesome. There’s a Wegmans! Plenty of dining options, playgrounds, and Diggerland/Sahara Sam’s. The hotel is ehhhh, definitely old and run down. Breakfast is coffee and maybe food. I went down at 8:50 and everything was gone. It’s just a place to flop. Beds are comfortable enough and the usual cable channels. It served its purpose "

"Front desk lady was above helpful! The room was a solid room, no complaints. Would stay here again. Small bar open till 10pm and a solid breakfast spread that I haven’t experienced since pre covid. "

"The room was clean but soap and shampoo dispensers were empty. Breakfast was subpar. The hotel was very quiet and the staff was pleasant. Overall, hotel stay was okay. "

"Curtains weren’t working "

"The room was ok. But our stay was uncomfortable. We heard the couple in the room next ours making LOUD noises (s_x) at night. The hotel was full so we couldn’t be moved to another room. When I let the manager Terry, know what we experienced, she very rude and nasty. Never staying there again. And it’s not because what the couple and their noises, it more so of the manager and how rude she was. And the police was there with tactical shields. SMH. Not sure what happened with that."

"Friendly staff, clean property, plenty of shopping near by. Only downside, no microwave in rooms or on floors. "

"The front desk staff were friendly and courteous. Unfortunately, they did not have support staff on duty. Our bathroom and the bathroom of our friends were clogged. There was no one on duty to help. The front desk offered a plunger and towels to deal with overflow for ourselves. Thankfully, they were able to give us another room. Our friends, however, got a knock on the door at 5am when the handyman showed up to unclog the toilet. "

"Absolutely ужасный hotel. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Do NOT come here, especially with family or kids. The place is filthy, the room smells terrible, and the sheets were dirty with hair on them. There are questionable people everywhere, and you can hear disturbing noises from other rooms all the time. Completely unacceptable — avoid this place at all costs."
