"This isn't our first time here: We've consistently had problems getting our luggage to the front of the hotel – and the staff just shrugs. At these prices and with such poor service, you'd expect at least a bit more friendliness. And you have to pay an extra 25 pounds per day for room cleaning. Awful! Otherwise: good location, good room amenities, spacious rooms. But: Give your staff some training in friendliness!"

Great if you’re on your own but I’m certain your partner will not appreciate the noise and smells that your morning routine will create! The rest of the hotel is 5*. "The room was small but clean and tidy. The air conditioning was good. The bathroom didn’t have any ventilation so the steam wet everything. The towel warming bar didn’t work. Housekeeping was ok, everyday they did less it seemed. The front desk staff were nice but not helpful. They didn’t even know what a towel warming rack was lol.
