"Everything was so perfect, the only place clean in Philadelphia( in that area)was my first time there, but honestly if I have to go back, I’m not hesitate to stay there again! Keep it like that!! I’m in love with the hotel!!"

"Beautiful, large room wtih tasteful, thoughtfully-selected furniture and amenities. Location was excellent for visiting the historic landmarks. Media system in room was problematic and did not work over the 5-night visit. Efforts to fix it were unsuccessful."

"I had a cozy little room, just the right size for a single guest, and it had a cute balcony. The blinds on the window and on the balcony door looked nice, but didn't block much light, so bring a sleep mask if you need darkness to sleep. The glass doors to the walk-in shower were a bit sticky, but so what- I prefer that type of shower to one with a bathtub. The free coffee and muffins in the morning were a plus."

"It’s a cute little historic hotel across the street from the American Revolution Museum. Very close to all the historic sites. The bed was extremely comfortable.. we slept the night thru! Shower was nice and warm and very nice. Room temp perfect! Breakfast was ok, but they did have waffles and whipped cream!"

"If you are planning on modern, then this is not the place for you. However I think it was worth the price I paid. Include their daily parking fee in with your reservation. There is literally no place to park. I think the cars in the free spots are glued in place because they have not moved since my arrival. Kestrel parking is a small space so beware if you drive a large vehicle. The only changes, that could improve the stay for me was nicer towels and a heavier blanket. I will reccomend...

"This was my first experience in a ROOST property and it was a great alternative to a classic hotel! The apartment was modern and chic but cozy. It felt like coming home to our own place after walking around the city. The apartment was very clean, well decorated, and comfortable. The 3rd floor amenity floor was gorgeous - beautiful green terraces to hang out on, a spacious and clean outdoor rooftop pool, hang out spots that were empty every time we visited. "Apartment was spacious and the location is super convenient yet quiet. The roof was nice too. There were some things that could be better: for example the shower had the holders for soap and shampoo but no shampoo and no soap. It was also taped to the shower wall. Parking is not the most convenient: in the nearest vicinity mostly 1-3 hour street parking through the evening or you pay for a lot.
