"Excellent front desk staff. Their recommendation for dining was spot on. Vicky the breakfast room staff was friendly and helpful with a smile and "Good Morning" for all.
The motel entrance sign needs to be much larger as I missed the turn in a couple of times despite using GPS. Breakfast was excellent with numerous choices. I would definitely stay here again. The room was neat and well cleaned."

"Clean room, terrible water pressure in the shower, curtains don’t close so it gets bright quickly in the morning, breakfast is mediocre, yellow stain on my linen had me sharing the other bed with my kid, pool closes at 9, guests smoking weed outside the check in area and dragging that stink into the elevators, unarmed security wearing a ballistic vest (is it that dangerous??) and parking in the check-in loop. Front desk staff were all wonderful, though."

"I recently stayed at the Ramada and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. One of the biggest issues was that there was no elevator, which was never clearly stated beforehand. I had to carry and pull my luggage up two flights of stairs, which was extremely inconvenient and exhausting.
On top of that, the two attendants at the front desk were very snappy and unwelcoming when I asked questions. Customer service makes a huge difference during a stay, and overall I did not feel valued...

"I normally stay at the Lennox hotel which is their sister hotel and it was still amazing. From the staff to the breakfast in the morning. The hotel was clean and the view was amazing I stayed on the 9 th floor. It’s right in the heart of downtown close to bayside marketplace. You can do some shopping eating site seeing. The pool and rooftop bar was nice"

"Overall, the hotel was okay for what we needed. The location was convenient for visiting the Everglades, which was a big plus. The beds were comfortable, and despite the air conditioning being pretty weak, it did keep the room comfortable enough — it just seemed to run constantly.
