"Grand experience"

"Pleasantly surprised with how tidy and accommodating this place was. As we pulled up to the building, the outside was unassuming and honestly, a little disappointing. I’m guessing this building was recently bought out and they’re in the middle of renovating. As the weekend went on, we enjoyed our room so much that we ended up spending extra unplanned time in the room. The freezer worked (uncommon , the shower/bathroom was squeaky clean, breakfast was great."

"Everyone was friendly & so helpful. They made sure our stay was enjoyable. A couple small things, like a slow shower drain & a light that didn't work, but otherwise the room was perfect. Beds were very comfortable & room was quiet. Highly recommend Dutton Inn."

"Very comfortable beds. Clean rooms. A lot of activities and games on site. The pool and hot tubs are clean and comfortable temperatures. The staff is kind and helpful. Massimo was welcoming and happy to help with any questions we had."

"Everything was great, the only exception was that the bathtub is very slippery. We are somewhat elderly. The excellent housekeeper promptly got us a bath mat for inside the tub. All we needed was a clean bed and clean bathroom and the room was up to expectations. We also enjoyed the breakfast every morning. We would stay there again."

"There is no daily housekeeping, which is okay. There is an order form to hang on your door for towels, toilet paper etc. We put it out in the morning and the next morning we still did not have what we needed. I called the front desk and the rude man yelled that he was by himself and I would have to come get what we needed. The breakfast was okay, nothing special, but since the hotel was full and they use real plates and cloth napkins rolled around silverware they could not keep up. There...

"Nice room, nice staff, good breakfast, great hot tub! The only thing that we didn't like was the treadmill was broken."

"We had a misunderstanding at check in about a deposit but was resolved the next morning. Pretty typical breakfast but the breakfast room was clean and neat. The breakfast attendant was very sweet and helpful. We thought our room had a soured smell maybe needed a air filter changed and the cleanliness of the room was okay not exceptional."

"Overall I believe this hotel is a great value. There are lots of hotels in Branson and doing comparisons, I was happy with cost, location, cleanliness, and the breakfast amenities. NOTE FOR THOSE TOWING A CAMPER OR BOAT: The driveway in is steep! Not recommended for those visitors."
