"The rooms were absolutely gorgeous as well as neat and clean. The staff was most hospitable and inviting. The whole experience was outstanding. Concierge made everything work perfectly for us. We were traveling with a group and booked at this hotel by accident. What an accident it was absolutely beautiful. "Timely communication. Entry to property was easy with clear instructions. Spotlessly clean and with everything you need. Just one comment, make sure you bring milk for your cuppa. Tea, coffee and sugar available but no milk. Ideal location as we wanted to visit London lights and markets. Leicester Square nearby and tube station not far. Would definitely stay here again and recommend."
