We had a very late check in and found the desk staff ok but slow and seemed to have difficulties with our online reservations. While our kids melted down around us there was no sense of urgency from desk staff. When I tried calling to notify our arrival was going to be very late it took multiple calls to get the main line answered. The online text/chat feature was awful, I kept getting...
