"We stayed in the condos, and our view was blocked by trees. Very small pillows for the bed which gave me a neck issue so that was disappointing"

"Perfect hotel for our 2 night visit. Great staff. Large spacious rooms with multiple amenities. The location is walkable to many downtown Traverse City restaurants and stops however they offer a shuttle that runs daily if you prefer not to walk or drive. Lake views. On site restaurants. Plenty of parking. Clean, safe, accommodating Side note- Eat at Red Ginger-amazing sushi. . "

"Very clean. Beautiful view. However, we were on the 3rd floor and the people above us sounded like a heard of elephants, so had a hard time getting to sleep and were awakened early by the stomping. Will ask for 4th floor next time."

"We could have not asked for a better room. So clean and really love that there were hard wood floors and not carpet in the room. Breakfast looked good but we did not eat. Staff wasn't so friendly but not rude. The outside really needs some up grading and the lobby area. Kinda had me worried about the room we were going to get but no complaints there and I would diffently come back.."
