"Jeg kom ikke inn på mitt mobilnett fra rommet og gikk ned i vestibylen. Resepsjonisten kunne ikke slå på lys til meg. Jeg satt i mørket og så etter hotell til neste dag. Utover dette er vi godt fornøyd med oppholdet. Praktisk og rent rom."
