"Love the front desk staff member. She was friendly and 100% attentive to resolve our issue. There was a big water leak in the hallway, TV didn’t work properly. Breakfast was ok."

"Toilet not secure (moved when you sat on it). No USB plug ins, bathroom sink faucet not secure, ac did not work properly and TV remote did not work to turn tv on and off nor to control volume. Bathroom was as dirty( last person’s towel in back of door and poop on wall)."
