"The only good thing I could say was the bed comfortable. Upon arrival, the host warmly greeted us however, the conditions of the downstairs seemed to be in renovation. The side entrance was ajar and there was no key entry there. The handicap door button also did not work. The elevator made a loud screeching noise as it approached our floor. Entering into the hotel room, we noticed smears across the mirrors and a generally dirty appearance. The sheets on one bed had stains and burn holes the...

"The room was clean and the staff were so friendly. I traveled with a dog and they were so happy and cheerful to see her, and helped me get a room near an exit so I could take her in and out easily. The price was fair, and the breakfast was good in the morning."

"The emphasis on keeping the facility has diminished over the years. For example, there was trash on the floor of the elevator when we checked in. It was still there 2 days latter. Our room door had been damaged and required considerable force to open it. My wife was unable to open it to get out. Safety issue. Overall it appears that management/owners are not reinvesting in the facility. Things are broken and need fixing."

"Breakfast left a lot to be desired, the coffee was absolutely terrible. It was so strong and burnt tasting, I honestly thought that someone made it wrong and put 3 or 4 extra scoops by accident but the next morning it was the same thing. The saline pool was okay but lots of hair floating around in it and it left a weird sticky feeling on the skin after swimming. We stayed 3 nights and had a 4th one we booked but we ended up leaving a day early because not once was the staff able to help us with...

"The first room had black mold all over the caulking in the bathtub. The clerk gave us another room. The second room had a hole in the wall, as if someone put a fist through it. The property hasn't been upgraded since Reagan was president. The beds were comfortable. We won't be back."
