"Staff was very welcoming and polite. The room was an utter disaster. Dirty walls, smashed door, ripped ceiling, tilted room especially the beds (our kid felt out of bed so tiled), black spots in bathroom, mismatched furniture, big gap under the door (10cm) and the chairs so dirty we where to disgusted to sit on it. The stairwell smelled of chlorine and the hallway was broken in may places. Also the grand entrance where on the ceiling the paint is falling off only held by spiderwebs. Mayor renovations needed!"

"First time I have stayed in a hotel on my own & I felt totally safe. It's a lovely little place. Room was modern & clean. It is pet friendly so i had my 2 dogs with me. Parking is great as it is right outside the room. Breakfast area is nice, plenty of choice, even has a cooked vegan option. Staff are helpful & friendly. I will definitely return."

"Lovely hotel with great views. The suite was extra comfortable and the roll top bath overlying the sea views really lovely. Breakfast was good. Room very clean. Staff all lovely. The upstairs dining room a little cramped with multiple people - this is personal preference though as I am sure others would like this."

"The staff were friendly and polite. The room was comfy. Location was great overlooking the market square. Breakfast was great, freshly cooked english breakfast plus continental choses. Would definitely stay again."
