"The hotel staff was amazing. The food was good at the restaurant and the breakfast. The room AC barely worked. The front desk had to bring us an additional fan. The fire alarm went off around 12am. So convenient to be so close to the train station."

"3rd time staying here and will keep coming back, love the location and all the room have the mountain/alps view and conviniet in regards the transportation as the Grindelwald Terminal is just 2-3mins walk, breakfast good too."
