"Staff was responsive especially the lady running the breakfast in the morning. Rooms need some deferred maintenance addressed but the room rate reflects that. The location is really good. Overall I'd book this joint again if I had to hit a budget in the Portman Square area."

"The pub is quirky and delightful . However , there are no en suite facilities in the room which led to a slightly disappointing experience . The staff were very friendly and engaging but the lack of facilities tinged the experience . "
