Maddie at the front desk was amazing. Her customer service was outstanding. We happened to go on a night unfortunately when the sauna and hot tub jets were not working. Breakfast was great. Staff was friendly. Lobby had free treats that were yummy. Parking is tight but doable. Walking to town is nice and felt safe.
