Good property

Very helpful staff and an amazingly modern hotel with good rooms

Hotel lobby was impressive. Room was very good with great views over West Lake. Staff were excellent.

Luxury Boutique hotel in Old Quarter, good location. Breakfast is quite delicious. Room and bathroom was spacious for my family. Location near the popular Cathedral & plenty of eateries nearby. They provide Hanoi tour, which I appreciate so much. I registered for City Tour, Ninh Binh & Ha Long Bay Tour. Their staffs were very caring, helpful, informative and they speak english well. Special thanks to Mr Dong, Mr Jacky and Ms Anna

Very good location, most attractions are within walking distance. The staff were lovely and very helpful. There are also good restaurants nearby.

We booked this hotel last minute as the hotel we initially booked did not meet our expectations, and it was the best decision to choose this hotel. The hospitality was outstanding from the moment we arrived, down to our departure. The staff were helpful and friendly - we enjoyed casual chats and recommendations for sightseeing. The hotel was spotless clean - lobby, room, spa, bar and restaurant. The room was well equipped. The functionality of the room was clearly designed with guests’ comfort...

This was a lovely hotel. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The food was excellent and the cookery class a great experience. The added bonus of an upgrade to a suite for our last night just capped a perfect stay.

An Absolutely Perfect Stay in Hanoi – Highly Recommended! The Proverb Hotel is excellent, located right in the heart of Hanoi's vibrant Old Quarter. From the moment we arrived, the staff were absolutely amazing—super helpful, welcoming, and always smiling. Our room was incredibly comfortable, spotlessly clean, and spacious, featuring a fantastic mattress that made for a great night's sleep. Breakfast each morning was wonderful, offering plenty of choices for everyone alongside excellent...

Great facilities Good breakfast buffet and rooftop pool Very convenient location Friendly helpful staff excellent

This is a very welcoming and friendly hotel that has excellent facilities and located away from the noise and chaos of downtown Hanoi. Location is great 10 minute taxi to old quarter. Staff exceptionally friendly, kind and eager to assist. All in all one of the best hotel stays I have ever had.

What a gem great service and great hotel

The hotel location is great for exploring the old quarter. Beds are very comfortable, Aircon is superb, as is the shower. The hotel design is lovely, very well thought out. We loved the breakfast, excellent quality and great choices. I thought all the staff were great as well, very helpful . They gave us a nice introduction when we got there with lots of helpful advice about Hanoi. I appreciated Hannah helping us on our last day as well. Not all rooms have great views, but the location and...
