"I liked the property but some places need upgrades. I went Sunday to Tuesday and a restaurant was open just the weekends. The bar next to the swimming pool was closed. The jacuzzi was durty and not to hot. A lot of kids without adults supervising and no staff checking that. The hotel advertice an adult swimming pool but was not the case. I used the spa facilities and a sauna was closed, the steam room out of service, and the prices the same of USA. If 1/2 of the facilities will be not working, the spa supposse to give a courtesy discount."

"Cushions had a dirty looking, too cold to be in the outside pool. Indoor pool over crowded an a lot of bleach smell like. For $25 dollars breakfast buffet per person it was kind of too much considering we didn’t go to stuck up our stomach with food. They had a party inthere We couldn’t sleep! We complained and they said, they had a party that got out of hand. I should have stick to $250 hotel I was planning on staying."

"Muy mal hotel el peor servicio hice el check inn a las 4 y no había toallas de baño ni para secarse ni de manos ni tapete y la tasa de baño estaba sucia hice el reporte y hasta las 10 de la noche me llevaron dos toallas y todas negras ya no eran blancas muy mal personal mal atención y no resuelven nada pésimo trato"

"Every aspect of our stay was superb!! The staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room was really comfortable. We both had an incredible night of sleep. The hotel breakfast the next morning was wonderful and the hotel cab took us to the airport first thing. Fantastic experience! I would highly recommend this hotel!"

"This is 100% the place to stay if you are visiting downtown Tijuana. There is validated parking, the location super close to downtown, its clean, the staff is nice. Will be returning again!"
